Jealous much, dude? Why don't you try transferring over to JBI and maybe my man will put us in a sales contest? You verses me dude for a whole quarter, winner takes the other ones bonus check. Only it wouldn't be fair because yours would be so much smaller that even if you got lucky with the numbers you'd get more money. So we'd have to have my Man our director choose the best stud. Guess who that would be, dude? Yeah, you're right. Totally right.

I'm just laughing it off dude. You'll never be a member of the Billionaire Boyz Club. we sell billions of Remicade a year here dude, and I'm about to break records. Because we're the best!

Going to be soooooo much fun watching these steroid- laden white punks stab each other in the back when Remicade goes off patent and sales shrink by 90% overnight.

Uh, dude: I guess you never heard of a drug called Simponi and Stelara? As soon as they are available for IBD we will make you think you never heard of Remicade! Sales be booming, man! And bonuses too!

With "The Kid" selling for us, we know they'll do great!

Love your spunk, Kid. You have the eye of the tiger and the fire in the belly, and you don't leave a call without closing. Sounds like they're doing something right over there at JBI.

He's going nowhere. Over at JBI we have a little career strategy called "Flying Under the Radar." It was developed by one of our reps to secure career longevity. You basically do the minimum. No highs, no lows, you just wallow in the middle of the pack, and you do what your manager asks and yes him to death and throw him little bones now and then to help his career, and you coast.

More to come. It's part of our "Summer Learning Series." You're going to learn a lot.

Flying Under the Radar, Part I: Spreadsheets
If you want to fly under the radar, making a minimum of ineffective calls while keeping your manager happy, learn to do spreadsheets. Then become the clearing house of spreadsheets for your team.

Pure genius. I and MANY of my colleagues have done this for years.

Did my 11 yrs with jnj and now laugh at their lousy lump sum pension payout scheme. Nah, sorry suckers. Think I still will take from you the lousy pension. Pension payout still better esp with the Retiree Medical benefit that was never mentioned if staying with the Pension.

JNJ was once a great company. Left with lots of employee merit increase/performance awarded stock and ESPP that pays me a tidy dividend for reinvestment. 6 different company cars, 5 Glamour trips, Exec Rep status and never a lunch paid for. Great company at the time.

Feel bad for those starting with the company now. Oh, and my new company that I left for offers a Pension, too. Who would have thought. ;)...

JBI is a great company because EVERYONE is hiding out knowing there's no access to docs. I recently left but you can make 200k as a part-time gig, sometimes just working one or two days a week. Reps routinely come on here DARING higher ups like Alex to ride with them but nobody shows. It's such a great gig!

Pharma reps have the least ability for conceptual and creating thinking. They are process people; to which, none, make a company great.

#113 There is no lump sum pension payout and if you did have eleven years at the company you would be too young to be taking medical nor would you need it with your new job.
