Wow. Unbelievable. Supposedly hired seasoned representatives yet they focus more on basic sales skills. The big Pharma/micro management mentality has already reared its ugly head. Unconventional biotech companies that launch a drug usually get it and they don't. The senior reps are successful for a reason and have years of documented success. This company training and attitude has been a big disappointment and been insulting to a lot of people. Having fun is appreciated, but treat us like adults! That trainer Chuck is very immature and too much of a rookie to get it. A trainer should have many years of sales experience to have the key insight to educate. His background is feather light. When you only work somewhere 1 year here and there, it doesn't make you qualified for a position like this and certainly not impressive. His work experience lacks quite a lot, including drug launches. Those two have only focused on primary care selling skills and deferred the science to everyone else. Very sad.

Omg yes. So very insulting. I feel like I work for Pfizer and I am 20 years old and starting my first primary care job. Chuck is annoying and I have know him from years past. Always trying to climb the corporate ladder. These two trainers put together the most basic of training that was easy for them. Chuck claims all this management experience. This is not the case. Apparently the interviewing was a lie as there is nothing like how they described this company where they would treat us like experienced professionals and not all this micromanagement minutiae.

Thinking the exact same thing. What is this? I feel I was sold a bad bill of goods. This was supposed to be a progressive company that gets it and all I see is a company with old school ways of running things. I should have run for the hills when I saw so many people from leadership that worked at Otsuka. Otsuka, really? And yes, Chuck is extremely immature with seemingly not a lot of experience. Also, if they are pushing micromanagement and frequent ride-alongs, they will surely lose a lot of people. Just let your sales people do what they do best.

And why all the sick brown nosers in the chat windows? Some of these employees are so fake its beyond comprehension. OMG you are the best trainers in existence. OMG I can't wait for this meeting. OMG I can't wait to fly in on Sunday. Shut the hell up and stop being so fake.

You know, you do have a choice. No one is forcing you to get on the plane. There’s always a choice. You can always choose differently. If you’re so unhappy and feel you’d do better elsewhere, resign.

Trainers are the same RFTs who would stab their mothers to get promoted. I’m not pissing about it as I’m here. Novo RBD, DBMs, and trainers. #thisisnovo

How old are you? You're an idiot for making your ridiculous comment to the poster. It's obvious everyone has a choice. When you just gave up your job and was made all kinds of promises and delivered a load of crap, you're not going to find something else in an instant. What kind or moron are you? Seriously.

I took a quiz online, and it said I am definitely not a moron.

You had to have failed that quiz. You are very annoying. Trust and believe people will leave and change the situation but you make it sound like you can do that overnight. Your comments are part of the problem, not the solution. There are quite a lot of people that have been shocked by the realities of this company after quitting their old jobs and jumping onboard. It's like being hit by a Mack truck. This can be a very painful process, especially when many feel they were mislead. Sage will be in for a rude awakening when many do leave. So stop being so annoying.
