Get over the car thing snowflake.....until you leave the company....get a job with a real pharma company that gives you a company car and then can’t sell your car because the mileage is so high in comparison to what you owe on it & what its worth in the car market. It’s called the Arbor scarlet letter....snowflake.
They never admit when they screw up at this company. The cars are long gone. That is where we should be - long gone. It is ridiculous we didn't get any kind of holiday gift. A gift card to Amazon would have been nice. Oh wait, employers give gifts to employees to show appreciation. I forgot for a moment that they don't appreciate us!
No no no....not at Arbor. At Arbor employees have to contribute toa collection of money to give gifts to management. What did you do with the wad of cash this year Pinny?
How about just a good old fashioned Christmas bonus in our paycheck? You would think that since this company operates behind the times in everything else they do, they would do that. I guess not. That would mean they would be investing in US, not THEM.
I saw after months and months of no job postings that there are 12 jobs listed across the country. I guess after the brutal layoff, others decided to leave. I am no longer with Arbor thank God, but I think anyone applying should read this entire thread. There have been 2 layoffs in a little over a year. This place is a sinking ship with the worst culture that I have ever seen. They track their reps like dogs & make promises they don't keep. They give lip service about their future and all the managers left are liars. The bonus is a joke. It is designed so that the majority of the reps don't make what they should. Trust me, you need to know what you are getting yourself into.
Anyone know what the products are for the Baltimore Pharma Sales rep position? What's the salary and bonus target? How large r ur territories?

Or you could answer the question, you idiot. This thread is full of varying information so I has hoping one sane person would take a few seconds to bury their emotions and tell me the comp plan. Pharma companies BS their plans constantly so I’d like to hear from an actual employee.
I am no longer with Arbor but can tell you that in the past 80% of the reps in my division did not hit target bonus. There were 4 divisions, CV, Peds, Neuro & Hospital. Now, I guess there is one division plus Hospital. Reps are selling 7 products. Realistically, they are probably selling 2 or 3 and letting the others fall by the wayside. The reps that are still at Arbor complain and are not sure what their bonus will be in 2019. The structure is completely different from anything they have ever done. Most tell me they will make less in bonus this year than last year. No one knows what they will pay in base salary to new hires that I have talked to. Neuro was paid higher than CV and Peds & were considered the elite group. People from CV & Peds got promoted to Neuro. Now that they are one big group, I would assume starting salaries would be lower than Neuro. Hope that helps. Like I said, I am not even with Arbor anymore - thank God!
