I had to laugh when I read SB’s year end message. Such a shallow tool head. He wouldn’t be living in lavish CO luxury if it wasn’t for us worker bees who bust our ass day in and day out with senior leadership’s thumb pressed on our back to go the extra mile. It must be nice that his life in CO is allowed so that he can shuttle back and forth. I just wonder if he will ever look us in the eye at the National Meeting instead of look over or through us when he is “engaging the masses”. To all, Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, Happy New Year and Season’s Greetings. Let’s hope for a good 2019 and positive new leadership.
What’s your beef? Have you ever talked to him in person? Sure, he’s kind of nerdy but he seems sincere and a good guy to me. I like knowing a bit about his place in Colorado. It humanizes him. He certainly doesn’t deserve trashing on CP. I came to GILD from another big Pharma. Leadership here is accessible and transparent for the most part by comparison. Just sayin’.
