    Can anyime at BMS let some of us know what it is truly like to work there? Are you very metrics based like a Pfizer (call activity, etc), do you feel you are paid well, opportunities to make a good bonus, overall good managers, etc? Vacation time? Any true pros or cons would be appreciated.

    I am a Derm Rep at Celgene and wondering if BMS will at least take the Derm force since they don’t have one. If that’s the case, just wondering what it is like overall to work there. Thanks.

    Get to work you lazy bastard. You’re TOAST and posting during business hours is one of the MANY reasons you need to be kicked to the curb.

    It is metrics driven. Most companies are.
    Pay is good, bonus is decent, managers are meh, vacation is good, and the cars are really good.
    It's just kind of a bland company with many people just putting in their time until a better opportunity comes along. Not horrible, not great. Just bland.

    To piggy back - BMS is a company of missed opportunities. Not once, twice, even thrice. Multiple stupid decisions that could have brought major prosperity to the company. They have failed on so many levels.
    This is quite shocking they are doing this because they have been cheap cheap cheap over the years and now seemingly are going the opposite direction. Not sure if this is wise. Time will tell.

    BMS = Beat Me Stupid
    BMS - Below Median Salary
    BMS puts the BS in BMS
    Oncologynis gettingntheir collective ass handed to them.
    They bought Celgene to save the company.
    The Opdivo plus Yervoy lung study 227, will not work and will kill oncology.
    Stock continues to drop.

    Here is an honest answer.
    I left a while ago. BMSO was a great division to work. It sucks now. 2016 stock was at a high of $76 per share now it cant break $50. What needs to happen is to clean house inside the oncology division. Everyone. Start fresh and have new management that doesn't put the cart before the horse and that treat its sales team with respect. Instead of whipping the sales team work alongside of them and not against them.
