    The inflation rate is 2.2%. Hopefully you can increase your income by more than that annually.

    first year Pfizer rep here. Did not get a pay raise. Is this typical?

    (Not complaining. I’m happy with my current salary even though I could always use more)

    I started mid year, so didn’t expect anything coming into my first assessment with the company

    You will be notified of your raise within a few weeks.. they haven’t been announced yet. I’m also pretty certain you’ll get one regardless of starting mid year.

    Funny. Must be retired employee w 20 yr flasbacks.
    Past decade has only been 2-3%
