Call reporting

    how many calls do you have to make a day? Do they time stamp the calls? Do they care more about quality than quantity?

    Yes. Time stamps are looked at for signature and non signature calls. Quality used to be more valued in this company..... it’s sadly, no longer that way. You better get ready to be out there right when offices open and stay in the field until 5pm or later selling products that have minimal coverage. Good luck!

    that’s all pharma. Time stamped when you get a signature. Also time stamped when you create a call and when you close it.

    Lol what other dumb companies have you worked for? A normal pharma company cares about sales not making a metric.

    You must have not read the original question. Read it again
    Number of calls made by the reps is one part of the metrix you measure.
    I don’t blame you for missing the actual question altogether .
    With the current tools/ technology we have, you can get overwhelmed with endless list of matrics, reports and data to analyze.
    So, some companies do narrow their focus on key matrics to look for in a rep and some don’t.
