I’ve been told the salary range is 92-97k. Any room for negotiation?

Pain Market sucks and unless you need a bridge, I’d run....
Managers are idiots and the comp plan only works out for a few territories. Take the advise and save yourself from a shit storm from managers who have no business being managers.

This place is a low budget joke. The verbal abuse and threats of being fired on a weekly basis are great for morale. HR is oblivious. Agree with OP these managers, area managers are not leaders they are washed up retreads who have NO business managing people.

I interviewed at this company with some arrogant guy with glasses and his female side kick. He was so triggered during the interview I thought his head was going to explode. F that. I called the recruiter and told them to pull my name. Who needs that shit.

If you are basing your career decisions off of cafepharma, you’ll never accept a job.

Personally, I like using my credit card for everything. The points net an extra $1500-$2000 a year if you use the right cards.

I wish I had read this thread prior to accepting a position here because I would’ve known how BAD the bonus structure really is and how our benefits for PPO are still VERY expensive but if all you care about are the points you earn on the credit cards cheers to you!

It’s an awful bonus structure. Oklahoma and Texas will always be at the top because of itt because of coverage and the fact mid levels can only write CIIIs. They don’t have the same formulary obstacles as other territories. No one else stands a chance, I’m afraid. Good people are leaving because of it.

i agree that the bonus structure could be better, but don’t make excuses why some reps in those states you mentioned are doing well. They deal with the same managed care issues just like everyone else. In some cases it’s probably harder in those states with all the Medicaid and Medicare coverage they deal with. You should really know your facts before spouting garbage on here. Maybe those people just know how to sell...

You don’t have to know how to sell in those states that’s the point!

Poser! You dont know how much work, time, and effort was put in to make that bank. You can sit in your car all day bitching why YOU THINK things aren’t fair or you can put in the work and do something positive. Maybe if you actually knew how to do your job, you wouldn’t spend so much time on here downplaying what others are doing. This isn’t T-ball, not everyone gets a trophy for participating.
