what are people’s thoughts on KO(head of GCO)? Her idea is to outsource and contract vs maintain FTE employees. The culture surely has changed and nobody is safe. Imagine they’ll need to change their yearly objective of “focusing on our people strategy”.

She’s a fox in the hen house. Couldn’t even face the employees she let go.

Owens and her ex-Novo hacks are excellent examples of modern day "managers" .... no-nothing fucktartds!

"Transformation" is just one of those corporate buzz words used in pharma. Way back when Sanofi took over Aventis, they talked about this great "Transformation" that was coming. The roll out took months, but in the end it was just French Sanofi finally learning how to do business the way Aventis had done it for years. Sanofi was at least 10 years behind Aventis, but they had better lawyers and ended up doing a hostile takeover of Aventis.
