I remember the over promises from the 2017 fireside chat. Not one thing he said has come true! Overpromise and under deliver!

Somebody really has a hard-on for the guy. I’m sure I’ll get slammed for this - but I took notes during the 2017 fireside chat, and all sense then. It wasn’t just MC on stage but the OBU leadership. Here’s what they said:

- they would open up Iview for the field (done)
- create a 4th zone (done)
- create KAM role (done)
- create FAM role (done)
- create a ZA role (done)
- start a culture team (done)
- move us away from month to month goals - to a regular quarterly IC plan (done)
- they said they are here to build a eyecare franchise with multiple products (not done)

Not sure where your “over promise” is coming from but don’t let these facts get in the way of your hate and ignorance.

MC created 4th Zone and FRM roles simply so he could bring over his buddies...all 20 hires external! He did create KAM role with no infrastructure...over half have left! Culture is worse...committed or not. At the 2017 chat, I remember him saying that 2018 would be a great year with reasonable goals and a reasonable overall Xiidra number....less than 10% hit goal in 2018. Aggressive managed care contracting...did not happen. More equitable goals....did not happen. Listen to the field....did not happen. I was optimistic but now feel burned by the fireside chat.

 

First order of business. Learn the difference between “sense” and “since”.

Where do you get this 10%. NUmber? What did you poll the field? Nothing is or will be released so how do you know the number? Its like me saying 79.8% of people on CP are full of crap. In actuallity its 99.7%

I admit I used general estimations from talking to reps across the country. You are right, It may be 11%. Does that change the narrative?
