GG is away in thailand for 4 weeks while his team struggles to come to terms with the Takeover - Nice timing GG - You were always a deserter.

Make no mistake half of the BP roles would not be there - He is still distributing Kool-aid to his team - most of the roles he is hiring for and the current ones wont be there soon!

He was caught yesterday browsing through Cafe pharma pages and inquiring within his team about the identity of folks posting here lol. Clearly getting under his skin!

Honestly - moving beyond the attacks (which may be well deserved knowing him personally)

MM in Lexington had become a revolving door since GG took over as the reluctant leader of the group. He has had lot of issues keeping the team together and most of the old timers who knew what to do have either left voluntarily or have been forced out because of GG’s Working style which bacially revolves around fear- mongering and rewarding people who lick his ass.

Nepotism is the only way known to him and his team. He tries to move around roles like pieces on a chess board but has failed to bring any service assurance and reliability to the team.

One of his long time buddies - SG was forced to quit after harassment charges were levelled against him. He brought his guy back into the company via backdoor after firing his top managers and SG now reports into him - both are AD’s!!

It’s really bizzare how someone like him was ever appointed to take on a role like him - he has never managed a team of more than 2 people and now manages a team of 50 folks! It’s even more ridiculous that he had continued in this role with less than mediocre performance and blamed the attrition on external factors!

Sad is the only word which describes such atmosphere and people who get into leadership roles only because no one else was willing or able to take the role...

God save us all from what’s about to come!!

This guy Gerry g sounds like a total asshole.

 

Not only that - he has curried favours for his imported wife from Thailand. She has no degree or any experience in quality but he helped her get a job at Shire.

She has kept the job only because GG is close buddies with head of site quality. She apparently has been written up a few times for not showing at work or completing her deliverables and her team mates complete her work.

Someone should make his bosses read this forum. This man shouldn’t be leading such an important team - let alone be working at Shire!
