Man that was awesome! And i see things haven't changed is bit over at shire! Worst career move I've ever made. The management stories i have blow my mind. I am thankful everyday that i don't work there. It taught me a great lesson in life. I feel your pain...Haven't missed this place one day over the last 7 years! Good luck to you all. Such a fantastic poat. I came to Shire looking for all the exact same things and thankful for the people I met along the way. My manager the first 2 years as well. I can't say the same for my manager and ZD this last year. HZ you are a bully, prick, and a chauvanist. JM YOU ARE CLUELESS and quite possibly the worst manager I have ever had in my entire career! Karma is all I have to say.

I'm outta here and many others in my region have left as well. Note I know some ass will say "good riddens" yes, yes it is. Because this place is a JOKE and so are the reps that put up with the bullshit blindly.

Valuable advice for ex-Shire sales force: The biggest, most universal mistake people make in sales? Not actually asking for the business. Let's fix that right now!!! Remember Takeda does not tolerate poor or average performing reps.

 

So when are you getting your notice from (legacy) Takeda, surely you must be one of the first one out ?

Management Advice to Acquired Shire Reps: Knowing you have failed to live up to your own standards is the ultimate pain, knowing that you have fulfilled your highest vision is the ultimate pleasure.
