Would like serious, honest replies. What do reps think of leadership and upcoming launch of new product? What is the future of the company? Have 20 years experience as a hospital manager and don't need to move to a new company. Only want to move if the company has a bright future and reps are engaged. If you could, would you choose to work for this company again?

    Thank you!

This job is a great place to be if you have no job. The call points (oncology/hospitals) will get you back in the game.

This is not a bad place to be if you want to coast. Most of the people that stay do so because there is low stress. Our current goals are aggressive but the drug is good. Ford Fusion for company car.

However, the base pay is still below industry standard, there are no merit increases, and the bonus plan changes often. There is very little room for advancement, no management training program and no pipeline. If you have another income and you need time with your family, it's a great place.

I have seen this organization post a position for a Sales Training Manager several times over the past few years.
Why the high turnover in the training department or is this an expansion where the organization is expanding and hiring more training managers?
It just seems unusual and a previous poster indicates that there is not any Leadership Training in the organization. So, does the company only train people on products and not invest in any development of its most valuable asset? I am going through a lay off at current company so my only motivation is that I may be out of a job soon.
Thanks for any insights provided as I am definitely not interested in applying if the organization burns through its people and/or if the next level of management is intolerable.
