In a quest to improve my productivity I have been digging into energy management versus time management. A few recent podcasts have touched on this subject. My 4:00 am wake up call and early workouts give me a surge of energy that drives my mornings. I hit the wall in the afternoons. Working to take advantage of this awareness to structure my day better. Time is the most precious resource. Hope this message helps you become a more productive sales rep.

KK left how many years ago? The current “leadership” could have changed the sales model at any time. They never did because they lack any real progressive business acumen. The same could be said for every other division in this shitty company. No leadership ever

My partner multiple P club winner wake up at 8am make first call at 930. Make maybe one solid call in morning go to lunch eat as much as humanly possible then eats seconds. Go home after lunch then come back out make one more call go home by 3 at the latest.

Ok cap’n america, takes you a half hour to get ready for the gym and another half hr to get there? Half hr to get home and another hour and a half to make your forst call? A lot of wasted time there. Takes an hour and a half to get home and then eat dinner. Your time tables show a lot of inconsistencies.

SoCal Gattex here. As long as Takeda’s daily expectations don’t cut into my daily gym time, get in the way of my medspa appointments or picking my kid up I’m okay with my job.

Takeda is not lax about required customer field time. Your life is going to change DRAMATICALLY. Suggest you start looking for another soft sales job.

Tip of the day for Shire poor performers: Never go into a sales call not knowing how you’re going to close the sale. You best learn how to sell now that you are Takeda!!
