Continued Unfairness-OBU

    I was on a national conference call last week listening to MC admit to unfairness in bonus structure. He sounded so humble and sincere.
    FAKE
    The unfairness continues and will always.
    Take a peek at the kicker as one example. OBU quarterly DED market ranges from the top volume in NYC of over 971,000 dry eye scripts down to an OK territory of only 109,600 dry eye scripts.
    How os this paid? Is it by percentage? No. Its by NUMBER of enrollments. Its by NUMBER of 90 Day scripts.
    How can smaller territories even compete? Answer: They can not.
    Does the dude in NYC deserve more than the Okie?

    Great example of small minded uneducated and lack of business understanding in the OBU field. Go back and look. You earn based of total and % change. That gives everyone a chance numbnutts. Try using a few brain cells.

    My RM said it was total number of AI enrollments and total number of 90 rxs. So our team was told incorrectly too. Dont call people names. Its so juvenile. Didnt your mother have any class?

    Let me dumb this down for you. And you RD must not be bright either. If you have a dollar and i give you a dollar. That’s 100% increase. You still don’t have very much money but you have a big percent increase. The contest allows territories that has a large population earn on the total enrollment side. The territory that is smaller in population can earn on the percent increase side (go back to the dollar example so you get it). About as fare as I’ve ever seen. Again, don’t let these facts get in the way of your conspiracy. By the way, Steve P explained this on our call last Friday. May be worth paying attention. Even people in my region didn’t understand this. Crazy!

    As a non sales person even - I cannot believe that sales targets are on % growth only! This is so ridiculous. Surely sales metrics includes actual $ ?

    leaving n droves. don’t mess w/my $. bad enough they gave us such crazy goals- fun explaining that in interviews when you’re up against reps from other companies that could hit 100%.

    at least I had a boss that was astute enough to cover this in the comments of my annual review. many didn’t.

    If they follow how its been paid lately, it will come on the last month of the following quarter, 2nd pay period. So last pay period of March?

    we received that information during q4 last year. It was in the hub homepage. Bonus payout for q4 is March 15

    You're obviously the stupid one. They don't work here anymore so how else are they to find out when they would get their bonus earned before they left? Asshole
