There is ample evidence to suggest KK is still with the company on paper and still getting paid. Many believe she was given a small sales territory in the southwest, changed her name to Shyla and prints out the large number of trackers she collected over her short tenure in leadership.

KK is praying Elmer Fudd lands at another company, her future employment hangs in the balance. She called me asking for a LinkedIn recommendation on what a great leader she is. I Smelled the desperation.

Thanks for making me laugh. How big of a joke is PS? Has there ever been a leader at his level that was a bigger dumbath? I would have loved to have seen Ramona or other Takeda execs after their first interaction with Elmer. Freaking hilarious.

 

The marketing and sales heads at Shire couldn’t believe how lackluster and just plain ignorant he was when he got here. There was not one strategic bone in his body. They all laughed at him.

 

Don’t demean yourself by doing any recommendation for this poor ass leader. I read a few of those and the people who did them should be ashamed of themselves for being fake. At least 4-5 of them are people who would complain about her regularly. In fact one fled B+L to get away from her and almost shit when she ended up at Shire.

That entire management team was a joke. PS was fucking clueless, KK just played favorites and grossly overpaid many she brought over while under paying the rest and not even allowing negotiations with offers. She pitted people against each other and played favorites.

 

...and here we are sold off to Takeda thanks to FO, PS and KK. They were only out for themselves and no one else. Hopefully all three will never work in this industry again. PS is disgusting. Using meetings to hit on women because no woman outside of Shire would give him the time of day. He made my skin crawl every time he would try to corner me at a meeting. Every woman who declined his advances despite their numbers was eventually shown the door, myself included.

Furthermore, who da’phuck calls people and asks them to write a LinkedIn referral like KK did? Does that shit even matter? Here’s some advice, not that she deserves it: Your network will help you in life more than some BS referral on LinkedIn. But outside of PS or FO, there are not many, if any that will go to bat for you. You reap what you sow and your reputation will be known out there. Better go buy your own business.
