    "We are a different culture."
    "We are biotech."
"We are treat you like adults."
    "We don't micro-manage."
"We won't drown you in unnecessary metrics."

    LIES

Javelin. Veeva. Unnecessary and Early Business Plans. Management that comes from only poor sales strategy/metric based companies.

Hey Sage Corporate. This is the reality and you will lose a lot of people. People came here for a biotech experience. For those that are still drinking the KoolAid, just save this post.

Darryl is the worst compliance lawyer in the entire industry and doesn't know the realities of sales. He should be terminated. No one wants to play your jeopardy game Darryl. Humiliating and juvenile.

Yes, the company is engrossed in metrics. It's a terrible situation. Home office thinks they are biotech, but hired horrible sales leadership that is not biotech. I'm sad and unhappy and my husband wants me to quit.

THANK YOU! I felt I was alone on this. I so regret coming here and now have to find something else. The people that think it is great here, must have come from crap companies and not companies that know how to treat their employees. I'm in a cult-like region and received the creepiest email from leadership. S.C.A.R.Y. These people do not have lives. Take your Christmas holiday and leave us alone!

I was excited at first about joining this company, but don't feel that way any longer. The whole company as a whole seems very disjointed, confused, and scattered. Trying to get answers from home office, even regarding basic things, is futile. I'm also very worried about the leaders of the salesforce. They seem very controlling, desperate, and already beginning to treat us like a basic primary care field force. No one wants to work for a company where it is overshadowed by metrics and their manager's are breathing down their necks. Why hire someone with high qualifications and strong sales backgrounds and then treat them like that? Distrust breeds malcontent.

They sold us a rotten bill of goods. This is an absolute disaster!

How can this company be biotech when all of its leadership are from big, primary care pharma?

I agree with this quote. Look where the leaders came from - Biogen. Sucks. Schering-Plough. Failed. BMS. A total joke for last decade. Sage is most overrated company in Cambridge.

Unfortunately, now everyone knows they are overrated. I myself now need to find another job. Terrible here.

Yeah, have heard of RBD’s who have told their teams they are riding with them twice a month!!! Going to scare away good hires. Treat us like adults. You’ve hired good, experienced people. Now just stay out of our way!
