Some dumb stuff, normal POA things, but i think they believe the messages and want to do the right thing. That’s new for me.
What low-life primary care like company did you work for? Your work experience and the companies you have worked for must have been terrible. That really isn't the norm. Perhaps years ago with some shady companies. Generally most things need to be conveyed to the sales for the company's own protection. Most good companies are pretty transparent as they need to be and this shouldn't be anything new.
