how can you expect anything other than failure when you put a HR guy with no business experience in charge. I have seen his utterly vapid comments in pitches

syneos will be the buyer. They’ll get the contracts and be able to have “synergies” by firing all the yardley people because they got all those functions covered. So they can bid more than the others. Maybe Ashfield for the same reasons. Don’t believe the hype that it’s gonna be a private equity co to keep us independent. Floral Vale will go away.

Went to an interview fairly recently. Other rep who was there played the Lesbian card. She stated that she is married to another woman. She was hired on the spot -- despite the fact that she was on a PIP from a different pharma company; was from out of state and did not know any local doctors; and had limited experience in the therapeutic area!

Sounds like PDI is getting ready to be sold. Getting their financials in order. Not certain how the outcome will impact reps on current contracts no one is talking.

If this company was worth anything it would have already been purchased.

well the “HR guy” spends most of his time in NYC and Philly trying to secure his next job after this “business” is sold off. I’m sure it will be a high level gig in the HR arena god knows he did absolutely nothing “leading” a business at Touchpoint. They all take care of each other at the expense of the workers. Maybe in his last months here he can organize another offsite circle jerk about how to manage around “management styles” and “personality types” or some other such HR bullsh*t with an outside “consultant company” composed of ex-HR consultants of which he’ll someday be one.

So, what do we think is the end game once PDI is sold?

I'm a masculine-presenting transgender lesbian. Do you think I have a chance at landing an interview?
