2019 Comp Plan - levels 1 and 2

Has anyone heard any inside information on the new compensation plan for OT?

I heard, no wait, I know from past experience regardless of the new comp plan change there will be a mastermind plan in place to screw everyone out of the money they deserve. And how do I know this? What what?! Bartlett jams it up the butt!

 

It Doesn't matter, no one is going to make any money this year, with a 33% quota increase! I bet more than 40% leave this year.

How can I grow? Pricing is now locked for years with contracts. That’s not bringing in new business. Can’t meet the growth expectations of the past or earn with a comp plan rewarded for growth. How about rewarding me for putting up with the BS and keeping the existing business.

 

This place is a dumpster fire. They couldn't care less what the employees think. They act like they have the only plate & screws, dural substitutes, etc... on the market. The culture sucks, management is arrogant, morale is low. Yes, they pay well but it's not like there aren't other good jobs that pay the same and have a good company culture, respectable management, and innovative products. It just amazes me how much Integra lacks in self awareness.

 

Time to jump ship! Integra is done for half the sales team will be gone by summer.. with its surgeons. You asked for it Bobbi.

 

this is placed is doomed. Nothing exciting happening here. There will be layoffs. Comp plan will be bad as usual with low morale as always. When are they going to learn.
