Anyone else have a dick for a manager? Worst inexperienced idiot I have ever worked for. How do these people get hired? Oh if only I would have seen the signs of how this place is run. Someone put micromanaged city on another thread. So true! I have a feeling they will lose a lot lf people before they even begin.

My manager is a big B. I think she came from Sunovion. Need I say more?

Interviewing is a 2-way street. You were so enticed with working for a start-up and getting you’re “make me rich” stock options that you totally overlooked who your manager would be. You only have yourself to blame for your situation. Lay in the bed you make

Yes, you probably do. I don’t know much about sunovion. But, if I am understanding you correctly, you took a job with a guy that you don’t like whose resume you don’t respect? Am I following this correctly?

What a moronic comment. You clearly are an idiot. No one and I mean no one believed they would be making it rich quick here. The lies come into play when a company presents themselves as something different and have a biotech culture. The majority of the people hired here came with promises of a great working culture. That's it. Many took pay cuts to come here. Sorry to disappoint you and to put a damper on your cutesy remark, but that's a fact. Once again, Sage is simply a company that misrepresented itself and they are nothing but a two-bit second-class, over-zealous primary care company.

But, you get to go to Naples for poa. We also get to eat dinner at 4pm with 10% discount.

They have to keep that meeting as the hotel wouldn't grant a refund from their deposit when they originally secured the space for a meeting. Get ready for the primary care experience of full out metrics and departments continuing to justify their jobs by giving the reps more crazy needless work to do.

But will we still get the free food? This company sucks. Leadership are carnival barkers.

Initially, I was disappointed that I didn’t get the job although no one from Sage ever notified me of such. After reading the comments about micromanagement and lack of professionalism, I’m thinking I dodged a bullet.
