Just got an email stating the Federal Group is having a working breakfast at 6:30 AM Saturday at the National Sales Meeting. That is 3:30 in the AM for us west coast folk. This meeting was an opportunity for management to show us that they have changed and that the fraternity hazing mentality was gone. The surveys from the last meeting obviously were thrown in the toilet.
Here’s the deal. If you have the slightest bit decent numbers you should skip it. You should even skip the meeting if you want. They will not fire you. They aren’t even pursuing reps that have left to go to competitors.
So who was the douchebag that had the great idea to have a 0630 meeting on Saturday? James the Marine Band Member or Lou who may be in a wee bit of trouble! Goodness...it’s good to be out of that chaos. Or Shawn who just announced he is a transgender saleswoman. At least the typical Naval Academy graduate...ie Douchebag Cashman is gone!!
