Several of the managers here are an HR nightmare. At any other company these managers would have been fired because of their liability. Not here! You’re lucky that all you have to deal with is a creepy perv. Most of us are dealing with a psycho nut job with no life outside of BDSI. I’d take the creepy perv over the psycho nut job every time. If Herm doesn’t know how his team leads he should. After all he’s number one in charge and it starts with him.
