I was contacted today for an Continence position. I have a phone interview first of the year. What is the base and bonus? Challenges with product? Any feedback about the company would be appreciated.
Why would I want to disclose my location? The salary and bonus will differ depending on the area of the country??
Base is 85k. Commission Potential is 100k. Total Comp is 185k. Company Car is Subaru Outback ot Outlander. Or Car Allowance $750/month. 4 1/2 weeks Vacation. Standard Benefits. Good overall gig.

I saw someone corrected the person who said company car or allowance.. do you actually have an option? Also, how is the Flex doing currently? Is it well accepted in offices? I saw that they were expanding. Can anyone elaborate on if they feel like expansion is necessary for the division? Attainable quotas? Micro managers?
I can’t answer about how the flex is doing as I am in a different division. For the car, at least in my division, you get the choice of either a Subaru (outback, legacy or forester) or a car allowance and gas card. Our car allowance is 500 pretax so most people go with the company car as it is more economical. The only people who do the car allowance either have a car from their previous job that they have paid off and are running in to the ground or they can’t stomach driving a Subaru. Other divisions might have a higher allowance as their territories are larger.
