He is a “yes man” that Paul Hays put in place, so Paul could advance his own short-sighted agenda. This is yet another example of why Paul was so ineffective as a leader. He's harmelss. The real threat everyone needs to worry about is CBM. You all have no idea the things she is doing behind your back to sabatage many of you. I have never, ever seen someone as petty, backstabbing, sabataging, and truly possess disdain for imployees as she does.
And don't forget about CBM's "special" relationship with PH. Harder to tell which of them was more inept or crooked.
