    There's an opening in my area for this team. I have over 2 years of Onc experience. Just wondering what the salary and comp plan looks like for this position.

    Culture is fine. Boss is great and team mates are even better. Pay on the low end for base and bonus 36k. Base does top out. It is not perfect here, but you will not be bought. A lot have left bc they got a big raise

    whats the base + commissions on average? Can you be over 200k each and every year?

    Base 140 maybe w bonus 36
