What is the purpose of these jobs? That is another example of why DS if failing. Why hire reps that keep cross selling other reps. The Cerec reps are such a waste of money and provide no growth for the company. Let the restorative rep add a few more items to their bag and reward them. Pointless spending for the company with these usless positions.
Really? Haven’t heard of this new position but on first impression it sounds comical. So they sell blocks and burs? .... items rapidly on course to become commodities or eroded by competitors. Maybe another step in their move to eventually try to sell all consumables direct to the end user.

They might have 1 million per territory but it was just allocated from another division. Perfect example how these large companies have no idea what they are doing. Well I guess the stock price shows that. These cerec jobs will be gone soon and so will raintree.
