Why does pharma oncology sales get paid so much higher than their lab counterparts. We still have to bring the same level of information to our customers. I am so tired of hearing about $180K bases when we barely get $125k! Bonuses get us close but that doesn’t include their bonus. LCA should be more competitive to match the average but again, LCA salaries aren’t the best in the world no matter what they want to make us think!
Bitching on Cafe Pharma won’t help you. LCA has the WORST comp plan in the industry. Just get out unless you are near retirement. It’s a nice spot to hang if you are 3 years or less away from retirement.
