Burke quit, Larkin quit. Who is next? Who will buy dental?

Good question. With the backorders, recalls, etc., and so many jumping ship? What dental company would want it. Maybe private equity.

I think this could be a tremendous advantage for the company. It would be a move away from the grasp of Medical Compliance Restrictions, which is creating unfavorable competitive performance.

The dental offering of T3 Certain and Screw-Vent together has significant growth opportunities, especially with Encode BellaTek leading the market in the digital workflow space.

ZB Dental being sold is a good thing for them in that the new company will actually put some $$ into that division. Something ZB hasn't done in awhile.
Hopefully there will be a leadership shake up at the top once the transition is complete and the Comp plan is the worst in the industry so a change there would be good to retain the tenured reps
Encode for TSV is kicking butt and there is a new Implant line that is a signature away from being released

Zimmer has nothing to offer anyone. Premium players could care less and will use BH or ID as a secondary system. Value players go for ID MIS or BH. Zimmer rep’s resort to trying to BS the Encode system which is not worth the few minutes they save on an impression. Way too many remakes . If a GP wants remakes they will send the work to China. BTW is there any truth to the rumor that Zimmer has some parts manufactured there? Also it sure is taking a long time for ZB to find a buyer. BH , ID and MIS didn’t have to put a for sale sign up. They were approached by Schein, Danaher and Dentsply. Heck even neodent was approached by Straumann with an offer. Waiting for the young Zimmer reps to respond with genius answers.

ZBD just finished the best Q4 in the last 5 years. Things are looking very strong.

According to the NY Times, you were down for 4th quarter vs prior year by 3%, down 1.8% for the ENTIRE YEAR. Isn't the 4th quarter suppose to be your year-end push? Stop the fake news buddy.
