What's everyone looking at? Dental? Other medical? Something totally different?

Buying time with another gig while you ride out the non-compete? That's my plan.

Took a call from a recruiter this morning. I let her know I am back on the market.

In a nutshell, what does the non-compete say?

My Take: Can't touch those you sold to, or zip codes, within the last 2 years of date of termination/departure for minimum 18 months. After that, you're free. Example, should you get an offer with a competitor, you can work other zip codes outside the ones you touched within the last 2 years. So, say you worked a territory that eventually was pulled and given to someone else over two years ago from date of departure, you can work it right away.

    Does that sum it up?
