The more things change, the more things stay the same.
2019 and the IC plan will not change the low morale in this organization.
Where are the career opportunities? Read between the lines. There is no budget for growth.
But we are getting a Junior Wizard. Shazam!

Hey Merica, we know what companies pay specialty what specialty going rates are and have already started to resign, only the tip of the iceberg. FU Opko, worst company in the industry.

Good riddance! Don’t let the door hit you in the ass. This company will only be better and stronger when you leave. We will celebrate and laugh when you leave.

TOTALLY putting down my honest opinion about our shitty IC plan.

Obviously, KM doesn't realize that the slow down on prescriptions is because of the shitty comp plan. Did you really think that you could take money from the producers and give it to low performers (for whatever reason, new hire, empty territory, works for a bully, etc.)? There are consequences for the shitty comp plan and treating people poorly at the NSM and over the past year.
