What's this I'm hearing that new reps are getting a $70,000 base working with Bausch Health Companies? What about the reps that have stuck around for over a year that received $10,000 less? Alamo better do the right thing and provide an increase for those who have stuck it out.

If they don't make an adjustment for the existing reps, there may be more folks leaving.

Alamo turnover is through the roof on the Bausch Neurology contract. Half the original salesforce (30 reps) from May 2017 have left. Most left from one district (7 reps and counting). The 60k salary for those reps is way too low, the health insurance is ridiculously high and the Bausch manager in the question is toxic.

I talked with recruiter for them. She told me that the position is essentially "door to door sales"
    thus salary should be low.

Reps at Syneos doing "door to door" sales are making 15k to 20k more on there contracts. Alamo is being stingy. Alamo probably could afford to pay better but chooses to keep more for themselves. Syneos' health insurance plan is much more affordable too, like $500 less than Alamo. $800 a month for a family insurance plan with a pharmaceutical sales company is obnoxiously priced high.

I sat down with the manager. The money that was discussed was shockingly LOW.
And the work demand that were discussed sound like they are almost undo able.

Amy in recruiting never answers her emails. Pathetic.

The outside contract recruiters suck even more unskilled. The conversations that they have with candidates were eye raising in many ways.

I am in the process with this company and have worked as a rep for Syneos in the past...I have to say my experience has been different than the quotes posted. Salary is dictated by the pharmaceutical company, Alamo/Syneos pays what the company wants them to pay and I know I have had contracts where I was paid more than other contracts because of the pharma company, not the CSO. My recruiters have been great and have helped several of my former colleagues find jobs.
