... and each of the execmgt members should, of course, remember to register for personal taxation purposes the value of their spouse's travel, accommodation and meals. Nothing less can be expected of such role models, living the NN Way and what not.

Perhaps one should give the Danish tax authorities a ring and inform them about this - as a good citizen? I'm sure that the tabloids would have a field day...

... and I hear that ulla has now moved in with mads so I guess it's more or less official at the highest levels by now. Someone must have given it a nod, either at the CEO or board level.

Ever so often, some of us jump on here to get an informal consensus of what disgruntled employees are saying. For the most part, the info provided is usually wrong! As far as the summer executive committee meeting, yes, we did attend this function. What many don’t know, the reason we have these activities is to make decisions in order for you to make the salaries you have been accustomed. We usually just review these posts and go on but some of you think that it is a picnic for senior management every day when in reality, you REALLY don’t have an idea what we do! Please give us a break and be patient and you can continue the lifestyle that we have provided you at these so-called getaways! If that is not acceptable, I am sure there are many opportunities elsewhere. We will try to push on without you.

hmm, a disgruntled hired manager who think he is paying/providing the wages of the employee.

We are a tad bit higher up the “food chain” than hired managers. I said we attended the meeting. I hope you don’t assume scenarios such as this with our customers. Proves the point I was trying to make. Don’t ASSUME the product sells itself. If you do believe that, we really don’t need or want you. I hate to be so blunt but you’re not at the kiddy table any longer with this organization and as we move further toward Q2, you will see what we mean. Thanks to those who are making a difference!

You do realize that you are modeling the arrogance, entitlement, and lack of humility that defines Novo Nordisk... Assuming you are a big wig, try modeling your leadership after what you want to see in your employees ( hopefully the opposite of the above) because the attributes above are trickling down to us peons and creates a highly autocratic, non-sustainable culture.

Good for you that you attended whatever meeting. That still doesn't makes you anything but a disposable, hired manager. The problem is that you think you are more important than the rest of the disposable workforce.

Wow. You still don’t get it. At least you understand the disposable portion of the scenario. We have tried to avoid being blunt at all cost but some of our folks just can’t take a hint. You will make your numbers thru June or else. We have too many talented folks begging for a chance to work for us snd show their worth. A few of us so-called hired managers have been mulling a strategy to reorganize our house. Thanks for helping make these tough decisions so much easier. OBTW, A few of us will be cleaning house at the managerial level as well but I do so love the middle management connotation. Maybe bluntness is exactly the type of jumpstart we need! If you look around at the historical events in the industry, a subtle lay-off hoping that Wall Street ignores the process has been a wasted gesture. Thank you so much for this exercise. I believe I see a direct path that is needed.

Good to hear you take yourself seriously, because nobody else does.

I’m bored. I scrolled thru this and found it hilarious. Thank you both. Oh and and hired manager, go f yourself. You’re middle management all the way.

i have a pretty good idea who this info is coming from and if correct, you folks are WAY off base. I am not saying that the methods are completely off but apparently SENIOR management has decided to take at least a small interest in our view on CP!
