I guess the only way a female can get promoted at Opko is to leave the company.

The only "internal promotions" went to White Guys (RF, JA, RR, MF, SS) and they received raises.

The only female RSMs that Opko Renal has were external candidates. No internal female promotions for the RSM openings. The only Renal Home Office females "managers" were also external and only in Marketing. The 2 females that were in "Executive management" left in December 2017.

Very sad that this continues over a year later. Isn't weird that Renal has no Internal Diverse RSM promotions? It is hard to believe that there isn't ONE non-white guy RSS that deserves a promotion.

It’s possible for RR, a white guy, to take the job. If he won’t, another white guy is already in negotiations.

Yeah but rumor has it that R Putz wants KM’s job. KM thinks they are good buds but RR is out for himself. A lot of back stabbing about to happen. This will be entertaining for sure.
