Knee jerk reactions to market conditions, blame field sales for all management decisions, never take the lead on anything , hire buffoon VP's and managers from outside the company, be terrified of Paris, pride yourself on lowest paid reps and comp plans in the industry, force rank reps, run terrible meetings and continue to make reps have roommates at meetings, continue to schedule reps to leave meetings on fridays at 3pm and don't give a fuck if they miss their flights sitting in traffic, poor quality food at meetings, zero fun at meetings, punish field sales for transparancy.

    Just to name a few

How about the worst townhall and webcast conferences in the industry. Setting the record for the most incompetent leaders in the industry. Let's go down memory lane

    Tim Rothwell
    Greg Irace
    Viehbacher
    Ann Whitacker
    DeHeq
    Fink
    Scott O
    Brent Ragans
    Rick Rice
    BIg John
    Patrick Barry
    Jez Moulding
    Chris Kaplan

Any of these turds would run any company into the ground. It's truly a miracle from God that Sanofi has survived with this bunch of incompetents at the helmet over the years

One could also evaluate based upon field management and next level higher. You only have to read the posts over the last 4-5 years with the Thread heading “ Mid Atlantic Management “ to get an insiders view of one group of managers and, from that, extrapolate the entire company. What a Sh!t Show.

Ah, just remembering the bad old days with all those Mid-Atlantic management douche-bags: Pauly;half-in-the-bag on his best days, Skinhead, Abe “The Punisher”, Swecker “The Pecker”, Rigid & Frigid, The Englishman, and all the rest of those pathological miscreants——-Sanofi makes me want to puke!

Sanofi is a dumping ground for all of pharmaceutical. That explains it all.

Worst management industry. Exhibit A was townhall yesterday . 90 minutes of dribble. Never heard more talk with such a lack of substance..Michelle is embarassing and the employee survey results were comical..it would give Saturday Night Live a run for their money. It was pathetic .

Love how they kept saying things are different this time with culture and survey results. Somebody needs to teach these people how to speak in front of an audience. What's more scary is the thought of Michelle testifying on behalf of the company at the patent trial. Let that sink in for a bit.

About the only thing you can be assured of is Failure. Failure to develop profitable drugs in house. Failure to invest in profitable drugs developed by other companies. Failure to hire C-suite execs with closed zippers in their pants. Failure to run ads that dont make potential patients hostile. Failure to treat employees better than birds in a wind farm. Failure to give a shit when it all fails.

It is only when accustomed routines are infused by vision that they become springboards to discovery rather than deadening ruts.
