It has been confirmed! Major downsizing due to poor performance and profits, the bleeding still continues. Time to bail people, this company is on life support!!!!

Unfortunately this company is never going to recover, we have NOTHING in the pipeline, sales are dwindling and the purchase of this 66 billion dollar anchor Monsanto was the worst acquisition in US history.

Do tell. Will there be WHC sales force layoffs this Spring? Just get rid of Jon and Lisa and bring back Rotundo and Grill!

get rid of Jon, Lisa, Lisa, Lisa....save a LOT and no one will need anti-nausea meds to work here. Also, get a refund on Hubble. It’s 40 % accurate after all.

LW is making a mockery of WHC and this stunt she pulled in having Adam P. fire JM in Florida so they could hire Lisa F to be an RBM for 60 seconds and then get “promoted” to ABD is downright absurd.

Looking for an honest answer from a manager. When the entire sales force is telling their managers that Hubble is not helpful for consistent or accurate and changing information, is anyone seriously pushing back? Why not listen to the salesforce who may actually care about the way money is spent (wasted) on valuable tools? If they are pushing back, how is that received? With respect or with punitive statements? In other words, Are there any adults in the room ?

I currently work at Genentech Oncology and Bayer is trying to hire me. Is it worth the jump? Genentech is a horrible place to be right now.

I interviewed with Bayer onc after 17 years at GNE. Got far in the process but they decided to consolidate the position with their current onc force so the open position was dissolved. Upon further research I believe it was a narrow escape. Haven't heard a lot of positives regarding their oncology franchise or culture. Might want to keep looking. BTW - I did find another oncology position and very happy with my new company. Lots of opportunity out there. Keep doing your homework and good luck!

Clearer by the day there are no adults in the room. We have virtual role play every other week and sticker books and a learning zone. How dumbed down can this get?
