Looking for dirt. Throwing shade. Gas lighting. This is what you get with idle hands. Do some real work : Screen some Paps. Mind your own business. The lab will become a much kinder, quieter, productive place.

All of this happened to me upon hire last Fall as a salesperson. My ride began with absolute negativity and whispers to all other reps in my territory (5+ on two weeks) that were all untrue. I was accused of crazy drama and some stupid things that were 100% patently false. Never could go truly sell, horrible culture and childish high school behavior to protect their politics and their so called security in their own roles, + EKRA + Aetna/UHC + PAMA cuts + zero allocated budget for PSTs and budget for us in the field + overstated Aetna/UHC conversion factors + rediculous admin work = me looking for something better and more lucrative. I feel for all the incompetent losers (some are cool) from my old team that keep drinking the Kool Aid. What an absolute joke.

More appropriate post would be “Lack of culture”! You would get more out of standing on a used car lot!

The high rollin’ days are over. Senior management now has to come to the party. Either show some leadership backbone or get out because all you are doing is taking up space and a big fat paycheck! Instead of telling us our jobs may be on the line (or gone), maybe they should be the ones that are finished. There are a few VP’s that have back-to-back disaster business units on their hands but still here they sit acting like they started our company- arrogant idiots!

I just don't understand how these idiots stay in their jobs. It is a house of cards, but the board does nothing. My guess is company will be sold within 2 years to Walgreens or insurance or pharma company. Covance is what is keeping it alive.

Strategy time- time to test the waters to see how much our customers are truly devoted to Labcorp because LCA is definitely devoted to LCA only, nothing else. Time to subtly ask if they would come with us if we left! I will gladly show LCA the same respect it continues to show me after 15 years!
