HR insider here...I concur...nothing but sunshine and lollipops from here to er’, uh’, mmmm...oh never mind.......let’s just call it a “bump” in the road...

 

CVM is a sinking ship. Both drugs losing market share to competition. Layoffs coming end of the year, company can not keep their rose colored glasses on much longer.

 

but...but... the vascular dose. right? guys? anyone?

 

Look pup, all we need to rise from the ashes is more wolf spirit and you lazy reps are failing on delivering that miserably. Any layoffs that happen are all the reps' fault. Now get out there, and BARK LOUDER.

With this pipeline we are all going to be rockstars! Why would we ever downsize?

How many good reps can you think of that have already left on their own? Some were pressured out, Some went to other Pharma companies and some retired. What does that tell you?

man i just cant see how this will last much longer. xarelto and invokana cannot support such a large salesforce. changes coming soon

 

Why are there new positions for the primary care division? Did the reps leave?

 

Everybody is jumping ship from the product disasters and I can’t blame them.

Correction they have already LEFT and they are enjoying their stress free lives after Janssen.
