I love how you clowns had a National Sales Meeting in the middle of a Pandemic and then douchebags like Deeb post videos of winning sales awards! Have some emotional intelligence as a company and stop making the industry look bad!

I work here currently. I was sold a bill of goods when I accepted this sales role a year ago. I thought I was joining a company that really cared about mental health and helping. The leadership here is the worst bunch of ego morons I’ve seen. The amount of wastefulness and no real understanding of the market is clear to everyone except the idiots making decisions that are running this company into the ground. Our stock price is in the toilet because of these idiots.

This is why I’m leaving. If you are considering this company run the other way. You’ll do better finding something else.

Boohoo. They pay better than anyone. Don’t need soft people that pretend it’s not about the pay.

Nice to see us finally on here. Been checking since I started. It’s not not good. My quota is impossible to hit. I raise issues for support and can’t even get them to respond, And fighting to get my full commission because of morons is intolerable. So tired of these empty suits.

Apparently our leaders are very fearful of Glassdoor negative reviews these days. I was asked by a certain leader to go on GD and type a highly favorable review at how the company has been its best over past few years and to keep doing what we’ve been doing. I said yes so I’m not forced out but no way I’m not playing their game. I’m not the only one who was asked to do this.

We all talk but our very intelligent leaders think we would not talk to each other? This is pathetic. Trust is lost.

Company is dying and slow and painful death thanks to the brilliant leadership team spending like there’s endless cash. Shafy bs from Keith and his loyal idiots. So many good employees gone! The execs and board need to be fired immediately. Thanks for killing a great company. Glad you profited from it. Can’t bs us anymore. We know and now the customers are talking.

Run in the other direction if you are considering a sales job here. Can’t say I didn’t warn you.

“Nepotism is harmful for many reasons. It limits an employer’s opportunities. It cuts off a company’s ability to build teams authentically, promote top talent, develop workplace collaboration, expand shared knowledge, and retain employees overall. It limits diversity in the workplace and promotes a weak and culture overall. Nepotism reflects small minded leaders with their own inability to grow. Nepotism destroys organizational leadership.”

We all knew what the Keith show entailed when they roped us in. We all profited. Time to find our next target.

A few drinks in our leaders and we hear how panicked they are. I appreciate truth serum.
