    Valeant's business model is to buy a company and make it into a cash cow. They cut to the bone and squeeze as much as possible. Private Equity won’t be much better....bloodbath coming soon:(

    Whether I'm Cinven, Advent, or any other PE firm, I want this lawsuit resolved long before I sign on any dotted lines. $50M+ potential payout plus PR nightmare??? Nice leverage our genius, integrity-first leaders have handed over on a silver platter. Thanks for nothing!!!

    What is the purpose of human resources and anonymous compliance tip lines when there is no follow up? Why are these people still around? We are all suffering because of a handful of bad apples! Get them out! Do your due diligence Galderma Nestle!

    Both or at least one will be out... we are selling our company. No way the buyer wants leaders around with this on their record. And she wants us to believe that 100+ pages I just read is all made up???

    If you even hint that you are reporting a compliance issue that implicates G, you will be fired so fast. This company, especially AC, breaks everycompliace issue and G knows it. They cover up everything and HR is a major force in this.

    I couldn't wait to get Lucy Live on our iPads to show accounts. Now I could care less until we get real answers to the damning claims in this lawsuit:

    "In addition to Holly, Nestle Skin Health also introduced "Lucy Live" on 28 April 2018. [Tiphany] Lopez was one of the first representatives to present Truinject to Nestle Skin Health's SHIELD Center in NYC, and in fact reached out to Ms. Rios to share her enthusiasm about the technologies Ms. Rios was developing in late 2016.... Lucy Live is similar to the augmented and virtual reality that accompanies [Truinject's] Kate. On information and belief, Lopez and [Alisa] Lask have taken credit for being the visionaries behind the technology even though they had received Truinject's confidential information and trade secrets, and knew of Truinject's patents."

    Unfortunately, this is not the first time “leadership” at Galderma stole ideas/concepts to get ahead. Has been going on for years, it is just now finally catching up to them. Too many people (mostly women) have been screwed over for way too long.

    The overall problem is the useless leaders got promoted by kissing a$$. When they needed to produce, they needed to steal. There needs to be a complete overhaul in the entire leadership team. No one will purchase this company now! Train wreck.
