    Which position? Unacceptable.

Newsflash for you: turnover is just the way of life for pharma reps these days. incredibly unstable profession given all that has changed with managed care and the ability to get offices the last few years. More than half our job is food ordering, and you know it. So turnover is relatively elevated everywhere, if you open your eyes you'd see that. We just stay a year or two, sometimes even shorter, understand we lack impact in what we are doing but still somehow conclude we are underpaid, leave for what we think are greener pastures only to quickly realize its just the same old with another company name on our measly paychecks.

How many of you are interviewing? I am guessing from my discussions 20% - good luck.

You must have not made the cut here. Only people exiting are dead weight..

With scumbags like Chip Romp in charge, who would want to work in this environment? Better gigs out there and not run by egomaniacle fools.

Really? Clearly you are scumbag troll. You must be someone who got fired or could not make the cut to work here. Great company. Go away.

When you hire people managers like MM, that have never managed people before, that is why people are leaving. Isn't fabricating a resume grounds for termination?

Some staffs like to pick on one member of the group so called “outsider”.

Currently interviewing. I was told there was limited cross-over in offices between Seattle Genetics reps. Is that true? Thanks.

More and more people hitting the exit and almost everyone I know is interviewing. Garbage company with no pipeline. Vast majority of idiots who contribute nothing getting promoted.

I regret coming over here during the tuca expansion. Off to my next real start-up.

Seagen is a 'relationship-based company' - they are up-front about it. You have to suck-up, be non-aggressive in style, and bow down a lot and be sure to to deliver minimally - then you will likley survive and get promoted.

If you push to deliver visible success above your peers, you'll soon be exited; most leaders there have limited/no healthcare experience
