Really would appreciate honest feedback, was contacted by recruiter last week for Biosurgery position on the west coast. Stated compensation of around 175k, company car, great benefits. How is QOL? who is biggest competitor? I have been doing joints for a long time and am over it and reimbursement reductions. Im sure i will get all the negative feedback but would like to maybe hear from people who think it's decent place to work.

This is not a great opportunity. Pays well, but every territory is under competitive threat all the time. Baxter Contracts have no teeth so accounts can switch at any time and J and J has multiple reps working vs just you.

65,000 base 105,000 commission at plan. Same for years. Upstate New York should be fine but we are not hiring there, Binghamton yes.

    Pay is 175. OTE...

The problem is that Advanced Surgery is all full of shit talking yanks that couldn't sell water to a dying man in the desert and they've never made their targets.

Not for anyone with real drive or talent.
    Pay not consistent with talent.

Pay is consistent with talent, knowledge , relationships and ability to sell and influence others.Just plain passion for your products and determination to succeed. That's all it takes. And a little luck. A luck of people liking you and being able to relate to you. BUT - that's about IT. Great job PC members! I know you are patient non slackers!

It's a sinking ship! They have no reality of the game! Contracts control everything and home office will blame you!

Who are the people making $280k to 300k like they said at that amazing national meeting?!

KAM is the only good job. Guaranteed 200k with three accounts. If an account goes bad, just drop it and pick a new account.

They have tried to dump this program but it just keeps coming back. This is the reason why Baxter is failing....
