How do you all feel about your new roles? How have your regions and territories changed with this reorg?

I’ll tell you how I feel when I get my comp plan. It’s going to be March and still don’t have it.

There are good jobs out there now - get out! Take it from experience, it is not going to get better at CVT and there are much better starting salaries and bonus potential than what you have been getting from this place over the past 6-7 years+. I know. Look up and hit the road.

Here's the reality folks. 3/4 of the current RSMs and 90% of the current management team never sold a strand of hydrofiber or an FMS or an SCD or ostomy appliances to anybody, and despite all of their magical thinking and fantastical claims, they couldn't. So riddle me this, how the hell do they even know what a good sales call looks like? ANSWER: They don't . It's scary to think whose making the decisions about sales skills around here.

With regard to the treatment of the sales people by these bumbling idiots, what more would you expect than starving the goose that lays the golden egg. The poster above is correct. Go ANYWHERE else and you will be paid better, treated better and feel a part of something. There are jackasses in every company, but Convatec seems to have it jackass magnet turned to super high. Bridgewater is like a clown car filled with sad, angry ass-kising clown rejects. They've raised brown-nosing to a high art form. There should be a brown-noser of the year award presented at the NSM. Selecting just one winner will be rough-Lots of candidates This is why I left and you should too.

What happens to the opportunities that we have been working on? Who is going to get the credit? I worked my ass off for these evaluations. I have a large system I am working on now and if it closes and I do not get paid for it there will be a big problem. Big. That is not ok with me. I put in the work and someone else is getting paid for it? I don’t think so. Be aware that we are all about to get screwed. How HR sits back and does nothing is a disgrace.

Hahaha!!! Brown noser of the year award. That would be classic. Right away I can think of 3 people to nominate for this award. You bring up an excellent point above about these idiots making these changes do not even know what a typical call is actually like. I have been here a long time and this is the worst that I have seen it from a morale perspective. It is much worse than Mark Valentine Days and I thought that was pretty bad. George Poole was not the answer. He seems to have made things worse. In all of my time here I have not known this many unhappy employees. All are looking for other jobs. The the pay is better. I just interviewed for a job where the base was 20k higher than my current base. Convatec salaries are insulting. They want to pay peanuts but require you to go above and beyond for them. Guess what? That will not happen.
