Yep. This is accurate. Remember RR? He uncovered it all. He brought light to the shenanigans at True also.
Her and her compadre over at Berkeley/Celera (who may still even be at Quest)
could have created an environment where business was done ethically and compliantly. Either their lack of apptitude for the marketplace and the business or
their arrogance/greed caused them to stand on the backs of some very driven sales reps and call themselves tall. All the trouble that we have witnessed in this space is more than 75 percent their fault. They both had the chance to set the table correctly, but arrogance and/or ignorance and/or greed prevented that. Now we have got what we got.

Why don’t you take the generous package offered by our caring management? Layoffs are next while we all cling to hope as we sink.

It seems real to me. Separation packages are definitely real.

Not here. Pat is hand picking who he wants.

True but only initially and then they will have to let those go that want to go

But who will get the package...

Rewarding shit employees that they want to get rid of anyways with packages. If you volunteered and they said no, congrats they cant afford to lose you right now. With the dwindling numbers it likely doesnt matter, more layoffs in no time and it wont be voluntary next time around. Have you see these numbers?

Seems Troy doesn't have the answers for these declining numbers. Why hasn't he been fired yet? Could have been axed due to his marketing meetings in the closet, but now he's costing people their jobs.

Agree! Involuntary layoffs coming soon. Doesn't take a rocket scientist to see that coming. If you can get out now do it.

The Closet again? Come on posters The Closet is old news with Troy’s accomplishments I would get back in before we relaunch KAM and hey lets push signing up new accounts. Yes it’s true new accounts are unproductive but we are an activity company. I hope we address The Closet and new marketing initiatives at our next meeting.

Speaking as someone from the Framingham lab, many of us are disgusted with how management has handled the situation. We feel lied to, led on, and feel as if we are told the bare minimum to keep us working. Questions we have are sidestepped or just flat out ignored.
When the voluntary severance was announced we expected or hoped that at least one exec would resign, but no. With FORCED demotions and pay cuts now being implemented the resentment and anger towards Pat, Troy, and Kathy are reaching high levels.

In fact we sometimes get more accurate information from this board than we do from our own execs. It is completely unacceptable and if they expect us to just grin and bear it they have another thing coming. There is zero motivation now thanks to this and it is only going to get worse as we watch our incoming numbers dwindle. We do not blame the sales team, we blame management.

You have seen the company going down hill for months. Why would you stay? Your first obligation is yourself and family as is Senior Management. They are very highly paid although no bonuses are in sight and want to draw their checks because they are 6x bigger than yours. Trust me all of them have resumes out there and would leave quickly all they have to do is convince their next hiring manager that they were victims in this company and their leadership had nothing to do with where we are today.
I can still here it being said like it was yesterday that the sales representative doesn’t matter just bring in another one - relationships don’t matter well do you still feel that way now? Anyone with a 6th grade education can come in and reduce costs/expenses. I wouldn’t hang your hat on that at your next job or you will be living your dream/nightmare all over again.

Whatever it takes to keep us afloat. We will make it through this fine. Just a bump in the road.
