Don’t forget to add the new Lisa to the sham Leadership team. LH, AP and LF all getting in line to be lap dogs for LW. o_O

This comment was obviously from Lisa W. She has made it very clear at home office that reps are overpaid.

Let’s be honest. Listening to LW is like waiting for paint to dry on a wall. Her poor lap dogs have to sit close to her and act interested in what she is doing. Highly recommend we all sit as far away from the stage as possible so we don’t have to pretend so hard to be listening.

WHC is a trainwreck and a puppet show in one. All the nodding heads Jon and Lisa have around them have turned this division into a puppet show. or maybe something more medieval. if you disagree with the nodding heads, you are on the chopping block. jon and lisa continue to bring people in who will stroke their egos. or maybe it's and interactive kindergarten class since we are going to go get more stickers in the learning zone again. so much value in that.

The tactics LW is putting in place are straight from the late 1990s big Pharma primary care playbook. Sad.

Clearly it is plain to see that WHC sales reps are paid very poorly bc of these asinine goals.

Maybe you’re paid poorly because you can’t sell! I have been making money hand over fist you loser. Try selling a bit instead of whining here.

Perhaps there should be "Base Salary" equity across ALL BUs. As it stands the Oncology BU SCs receive a higher base salary and a lower bonus.

Sales reports are shared across WHC. No one is making money “hand over fist”.
If you are one of the few reps at goal—- just wait til H2 and when you get your new quotas. That will be a reality check.

LW and her big Pharma tactics and cronies are doing damage to this business unit that may not be able to be undone. So sad.

Curious who the next J&J crony to come over to WHC will be???

Daily damage. National numbers should be proof enough the J&J model is not working. Help us Nelson

most aren't even waiting until the end of H2. reps will exit after Q1 payouts. RBMs and CSSs looking to leave. Field is not valued and until that changes, the numbers are going to be bad. LW could not lead a group out of a paper sack. She thinks we are overpaid and glazes over when feedback from the field is contrary to her old school phara mentality.

Wow, I left Bayer WHC a while back and I can’t believe how a division with such great products and a pretty good established market share is going down so fast in every way possible. Never in a million years would I have thought that Allergan would take the amount of business they seem to have taken from Bayer. I ran into a rep who told me that about 80% of the accounts in my state have switched to Liletta. Customers are pissed at Bayer. I really liked it there—great products, stuff in pipeline, good people, great pay and benefits. I even liked selling Essure, but they messed that up too. I left when the leadership started to treat reps like crap. I doubted my decision at first. I’m so glad I left when I did. I feel for you all who are having to deal with this. Bayer is going down fast. Allergan will own the market within the year. I heard they are getting 6 year and heavy bleeding indications.

Ummmmm, I tell it like it is and I am pretty sure NO one has lost 80% of their business to Allergan IF they are working. There are still territories that have lost 0 business. Of course that will change because Lisa is hiring managers with zero understanding of the products and the markets. The Chicago reps are dropping like flies because of their crazy manager. Rumor has it many Midwest and West reps are looking. Even LONG TIME managers are leaving. When the tenured people leave you lose those relationships with accounts. Some managers have their heads so far up home offices ass their employees have running jokes about them. It's an entertaining time for sure. Lisa Wassel is for sure the poison of the organization. I could put a survey out there of who the CSS's would want to run WHC. The names Brandon McCray and Katie Slampak would lead the list. They have the most respect of the sales force. Honest people with a passion for the job and their people. Then again after a 2 billion dollar lawsuit we are all going to be out of a job sooner or later. No amount of IUD's can make up for that!!

Half the RBMs are looking and the most talented RBMs have either already left WHC or are just waiting for the right opportunity instead of leaving for just any job.

Smart reps in WHC would start looking like yesterday for a new job. Letting Liletta pass Mirena with years of indication is beyond ridiculous.

Agree on the 80% figure. Very few of any territories have lost that much business to Liletta but as talented ppl leave— newbies can’t sustain those accounts.

It is very apparent that whoever leads in NJ and implements changes does not know what they are doing. Example: Confidence in Coverage. Great idea but this program was rolled out without much thought. There are too many opportunities to cheat the system and once they realoze they are giving away thousands of IUD's they will pull the program and once again make the offices mad. Most experienced reps are not even telling offices about it because they know major changes will be made within the first few months to the program. New reps that are out selling this program will regret it because it will come back to bite them in the ass. Common sense has been lost. I feel like we are being led by a high school Econ class.....

Hush now and go click on Hubble! Clicking on data to pre call plan is all you have to do to keep RBMs happy

Losing market share to Liletta (& Paragard). Where are all these commercials you keep telling doctors about :)

Effed 10 ways to Sunday! The sooner the leadership is removed, the sooner the chance of rebuilding the franchise back. It would take a lot to rebuild it, but starting by firing the leadership at the top would be an excellent place to start. No one would be upset about it.
