    1. Randy needs to be gone, stupid and incompetent
    2. Send Latts packing, no sales leadership skills, douchebag
    3. 4 regions max, 32 NAS’s 4 FRMs, incorporated into and working for the RBD to include 2 direct report CN
    4. Let NAS’s do their jobs give access to Patient Data
    5. Focus on patients

Great idea. About a year late. But it's going to happen - Make no mistake.

Also, fire Mckesson, I would hate to know how many MILLIONS of dollars they have lost the company while screwing over patients. Build you own hub, or find a competent one.

Activity = Activity. Rare Disease is DIFFERENT

    1. Provide Customer care for the physicians and patients that go to academic centers, make getting on therapy as easy and seamless as possible
    2. Patient Education, on disease state, therapy options, resource options, and provider options if they have a doctor who stinks
    3. Invest in Patient Empowerment Programs by partnering with Patient Groups ALSA & MDA, give grants contingent on participation and non branded education. Its simple!
    4. Reinvest in the finding a cure or additional treatments, in the KOLs in the space to develop partnerships and cooperation.
    5. Develop a VA Specialist team that is focused on starting, and keeping 100% of patients on therapy. You are losing so much business here.

Take your 700k for lunches (that alone shows how little you people knew about Rare Disease) and put into direct to patient marketing & incentive comp. Your sales team is listless and uninspired. Start feeding some Eagles and starving some chickens.

I have never seen more people who have so little a clue in my life. Please get it together

I got my introduction to pharma at Lash while going to school. To be fair to McKesson, it's not the hubs fault. They run the program as it was ignorantly set up to run. It would be the same with Lash or worse with Covance. Randy is the moron in charge. The hub is always a reflection of whoever sets it up and runs it. Rumor is that Randy is clueless and can't grab his own ass with both hands... The rest is pretty accurate though.

The useless role-play flogging will continue until moral improves.

Closing an ALS provider like a used car salesman is how we improve sales & the morale of the sales force? Completely ignorant & incompetence.

The blank cold ice death stare from Latts completely de-motivates the entire sales force with his incompetence.

They left for personal reasons. Don't try to stir up stuff that doesn't exist.

Just interviewed with Latts for the SE RBD position. What a total Douche. Asked me four questions and didn't even give time for an answer. Total loser and no Leadership.

    What did he ask you?

He asked how I would salvage a sales team that is completely disengaged and demotivated.

Where he figured my management style does not include intimidation and constant flogging of the representatives, the call was over. Typical - Does he know its 2019????
