That individual has been the problem from the beginning. The original RD’s were much smarter than him, so they all had to go. It’s continued to spiral from there with the head of virtually every department, and most of the original sales force leaving due to his incompetence. But, at least he got promoted as a reward for destroying a promising biotech.

The last two posts could not be more spot on. Anyone, at any level, in any department, who dares to challenge the overall lack of understanding about the rare disease marketplace and promoting within it is gone either by choice or often not. Intercept is an incredibly hostile workplace with extremely low morale with nearly every employee who has been here more than 8 mo. This is now primary care with Arrr surrounding himself with managers, dd on down, who just love to stroke his little man ego. If you thrive being micro managed and dream of working in primary care just wait with the ever revolving door here soon there will be a spot for you.

Then intercept had better get its act together with the good news today regarding NASH

Is the Nash data legit? I am curious why is the fibrosis response in the placebo is so low. It was bout 20% in flint. Any ideas? What have other placebo trials shown?

Barely legit and why no one will use it by itself and will wait for a second target to be approved to boost response.

Exactly. What’s the death toll up to now with this “safe” product?

There is nothing to be impressed with at this company-the drug, leadership or potential.

Base around $75k, but don’t worry...no one will use the drug so you don’t have to worry about bonus.

Was more than likely fired. Have you checked their sale rankings since they started.

He may have a massive ego and a high need to be always right as well making highly subjective assessments about people, but what baffles me is how DD has been able to survive and push him back some. Two very different hind of people, in my opinion. One, religious, ethical, straight shooter and strategy driven - the other not so.
