Savings and security plan being phased out

    Things changed as soon as Zook and his boot steppers took over. The culture shifted from a sales company to a marketing company. Sales people were considered cannon fodder for each of the brand teams to shape the way they wanted. Zook surrounded himself with self promoting hit men who competed for who could be the biggest prick.

    Thanks for starting a rumor. It won’t happen. We’re proud of our Total comp package that keeps us competitive within the industry. Everyone had the opportunity to change from the current plan to 100% stock if your performance rating is a 3 or better. Don’t think HR makes an offer and then disbands the program. Just another bad rumor.

    Oh, that's old news, at least for HQ staff. They got rid of that quite some time ago. We used to get two contributions; one was the company match in the 401K, the other was a direct contribution to the 401K account from AZ, not a match but a direct contribution. AZ got rid of that one, that is true, but this is not new.

    This is not exactly accurate. Yes, they did stop depositing funds into s separate account, but the deposits now go into the 401k account. Last year they encouraged employees to stop taking the additional deposit for the new LTI program. If you opted for the LTI your a fool.
