How do you figure???? $5B??? We made pennies on the dollar versus what LM told us the company would sell for. Now we get to go work for GSK. Guessing that’s not gonna be a lot of fun. This is disappointing...

 

Disappointing? Very lucky to get $75/share. GSK getting fleeced

 

buyout is not stock price increase based on company performance or organic growth. Employees should be thankful for the buyout at this price, although it is much lower than expected.

 

Extremely lower than expected and what was being touted...this is peanuts. Glad I made money at my last company, sad I didn’t leave to the opportunity some of our colleagues did...that looks to be panning out a lot better.

 

I work for GSK and due to the acquisition most likely will be laid off soon.

 

I had a nice payday with the buyout,
