Just study the accounts and their specimen count

Have the new kid on block visit each account and see the new Sherman box or Accu-Reference

    Bingo!

So I guess they dont care that Steve is in all his old Quest accounts begging for business.

The people in the C Suite are shameful, they spend other people's money while getting multi million dollar compensation packages. They purchase a company, and their own trusted employees hatch a plan to further profit.
No problem other than it is a breach of their signed covenants.

    Good job Steve.

Looks like the Ex Shiel reps and company are being investigated for kickbacks to physicians. Public information.
I would assume that they all will deny.
This is getting good. Little man, supply man, Russian Italian girl...

    Go figure it out yourself:

"The Brooklyn USAO continues to investigate a range of issues involving Shiel, including allegations of improper compensation (kickbacks) to physicians"

Now I don't think Fresenius would have made this public statement unless they felt it was true, and most likely have seen evidence of claim.

    Uh oh!!!!!

I do think that this is more than a little smoke in the room. This is Beginning to sound as if we have asbestos smoking and about to catch fire.
That could be deadly or at least create a very unhealthy condition.

I do realize that "no one cares"

    Gee, what could this be???

Public information folks!!! Came out on February 20th. Fresenius put it out. For them to tell public of this, not good news for these reps. Keep denying.

Now I know you are worried pal!!

    LMFAO!!!

So what is the big deal.

Little man did nothing and got all his accounts by cold calling!

Supply man only gave legal supplies. He never bought anything illegal

All fake news and not even a nugget was ever found

I do not understand why FRESENIUS would add new comments to their annual report.

Hogan who interviewed the employees never found anything

At least that is what we continue to convince ourselves of FAKE TRUTH

Gear up as party begins or better yet if smart walk away and start a new career for the time being.

Ok, Hogan never found anything? Please, the sale closed on December 12, 2017 to Quest. They sold the company as soon as they determined that it was a fraud.

As far as the people mentioned, i would really worry. In these situations, everything comes to light.

New Jersey federal judge has ruled that anonymous postings on Cafe Pharma can be used as evidence in a lawsuit over whether Schering-Plough knew the results of its Vytorin study would be negative and hid them for months in an attempt to mislead shareholders.

The ruling gives potential new legal clout to pharma whistleblowers who want to remain anonymous. Cafe Pharma has played other roles in drug company scandals. For instance, in AstraZeneca's "Bucket of Money" fiasco, posts on Cafe Parma predated the breaking of that news and the eventual internal investigation the company conducted.
